Marea

Mare (Arabic: مارع‎, also spelled Marea) is a town in northern Syria, administratively part of the Aleppo Governorate.
Center of the Mare Subdistrict of the Azaz district.
The town has a population of 41,000 people.
Part of the Azaz district (Mare subdistrict).

Arabs 86%
Kurds 14%

Mare' is the HQ of Mare Operations Room, a rebel coalition formed to counter ISIS attacks on the Northern Aleppo Countriside
